FREE SHIPPING on Orders of $50 or more that are shipped at one time to a single address in the United States. We only ship in the United States at this time.
Shipping Cost and UPS note:
Shipping charges are calculated in real-time. Charges are based on total package weight and the destination address. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. If you choose next day air on a Friday, your package will be delivered on Monday based on BUSINESS days.
Orders will ship:
During most times of the year in-stock merchandise is shipped within 48 hours from the time you placed your order. During the holiday season it may take longer for orders to be processed. Items that are not in stock will be shipped as soon as we receive them. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed on Monday etc.
Backorders and Preorders:
In most cases all of the items in stock will be shipped at one time. However, if an item is out of stock, we will ship the merchandise that is in-stock in order to provide you with the most efficient service. The rest of the order will be shipped as soon as it is received. If your order contains in-stock items and a item that is a preorder, your in-stock items will be shipped and your preorder will be shipped at an additional cost of $4.95.
Damages:
In the event that your purchase was damaged in transit, please report the damage to UPS within 2 days of receiving the package. You may contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877. Do not return merchandise to us if it was damaged in transit, as a claim cannot be made by us. It must be made by the receiver. Contact us for other damages.
